Dr. Skerrett is the author of numerous articles, book chapters and is on the Editorial Review Boards of 3 international professional journals. Her research focus has been on couple and family therapy treatment, training, supervision and consultation, with a special emphasis on on relationship enhancement, gender relations and life cycle transitions. Her organizational consultation is in the area of change management and the development of success strategies for resilience within complex systems. Her client-base includes Bosch, Roche Diagnostics, CNA Insurance as well as a host of mid-sized firms.

Bernard Liebowitz, PhD, is president of the Chicago-based consulting firm of Liebowitz & Associates, PC. His undergraduate degree (with Honors) is from Brandeis University in Boston and his doctoral degree in psychology is from the University of Chicago. Dr. Liebowitz has been consulting to business and industry since 1978 (both mid-sized entrepreneurial firms and Fortune 500 corporations such as DaimlerChrysler, Roche Diagnostics, CNA Insurance, etc.) in the areas of executive and management coaching and development, strategic planning, team building, organizational design and restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. He has aided many firms in developing efficient business structures and designs and has developed methodologies that help staff overcome their resistance to change. He has also developed processes that have made the merger of different firms with different cultures a more fluid process.
